The chakra system is an organized system of energy and meridians or channels for the body. The 7 chakras are the main energy centers of the body. Each of these chakras correspond and connect energetically to specific organs and glands in the body. They affect the overall physical, emotional, and spiritual health of an individual.

ROOT (aka BASE) – is responsible for strengthening ties with the material world; connected to one’s foundation and roots; through it, all living things are connected to the earth from which the birth and development of all of us depends; ruled by Earth which is stabilizing and grounding in nature
